ESD Swivel Castor 100 mm with 77 x 67 mm Top Plate and Total Lock Brake - A1-ESD EP0806099

Trolleys, racks and frames that are moved through an EPA must not hold the charge that builds up while rolling, they have to lead it down to the floor. The 100 mm wheel diameter keeps the build height compact and rolls easily on smooth industrial floors. The 77 x 67 mm top plate transfers the load evenly into the frame and can be exchanged with four bolts.

The trailing total lock brake blocks wheel and swivel head in one step, so the trolley neither rolls away nor twists while parts are loaded or tested.

Technical data

Application

The castor is used under assembly and workshop trolleys, shelving units, transport frames and test bench understructures on which populated boards and assemblies travel between workstations. Dissipation only works as a closed path, that is together with a dissipative floor inside the EPA.

The series covers further wheel diameters. This version is fixed at 100 mm.

On request the castor is also available with a grey brake pedal.
