Table system basic equipment

Workplaces QUADRO

The Karl Quadro base element in the basic equipment configuration delivers the table structure without any pre-installed cable management or socket strips, forming the starting point for a freely configurable workstation solution. Base elements are available in widths of 1300, 1650 and 2135 mm at a depth of 880 mm; column height is selectable at 1000, 1600 or 2200 mm. ESD versions (types .22-.28) carry a dissipative worksurface compliant with DIN EN 61340-5-1.

Widths 1300, 1650, 2135 mm - depth 880 mm, column heights 1000 / 1600 / 2200 mm
ESD versions DIN EN 61340-5-1 - dissipative worksurface, types .22 to .28 for EPA zone use
No pre-installed cable management - base frame for later expansion with cable tray, socket strips or rails
📦 Profile post with attachment rail - rails, shelf panels (1300-2135x450x40 mm) and cantilever arms retrofittable
Row assembly - standard and ESD elements combinable, same foot structure across all widths

The basic equipment version is the most economical entry point into the Quadro system: cable management and power supply are added only once the exact device configuration of the workstation is known. All accessories from the Quadro programme (cable trays, rails, socket strips) can be retrofitted without modifying the table structure.

Typical applications: assembly stations where tools and materials are supplied manually and no fixed power or data connection at the table is required, standing workstations in electronics assembly (EPA zone, DIN EN 61340-5-1), phased production line builds with variable final fit-out, and areas where existing power supplies and external busbars are used instead of table-mounted socket strips.
