Table system with cable tray
Workplaces QUADRO
The Karl Quadro base element with cable tray routes power, data and compressed-air cables beneath the worksurface in a powder-coated sheet-steel cable tray. Two cable entries at the back of the table connect the underframe to the cable tray without routing cables out to the sides. Base elements are available in widths of 1300, 1650 and 2135 mm at a depth of 880 mm; column height is selectable at 1000, 1600 or 2200 mm.
| Width | Depth | Column height | Version |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1300 mm | 880 mm | 1000 / 1600 / 2200 mm | Standard (.18) and ESD (.22-.28) |
| 1650 mm | 880 mm | 1000 mm | Standard (.18) and ESD (.22-.28) |
| 2135 mm | 880 mm | 1000 mm | ESD (.22-.28) |
Unlike the socket strip variant, this version has no integrated power supply; a socket strip can be added as an accessory when required. The cable tray suits mixed cable types (Ethernet, USB, pneumatics) that need to be re-routed frequently.
Typical applications: assembly and test workstations with frequently changed device configurations, R&D and laboratory benches with mixed cable types (Ethernet, USB, pneumatic hoses), ESD-EPA zones with multiple devices of different connection types, and row workstations where clean and tool-free cable management reconfiguration is required.
