Automatic Constant Heat Sealer 400 mm with Holding Magnet - Iteco 7914165

Barrier bags in the 400 x 400 and 400 x 660 mm formats are opened on the short side. To run the seam across the full opening in one stroke, this machine offers a seal length of 400 mm and a 15 mm wide seam at constant temperature.

Features

• Seal length of 400 mm covers the common barrier bags with a 400 mm opening in a single operation.
• Heating power of 520 W keeps the long bar up to temperature even at short cycle times.
• Constant temperature between 30 and 199 °C instead of impulse heating, thicknesses up to 2 x 0.25 mm are sealed through.
• Holding magnet applies even contact pressure across the whole seam length and releases after the cycle.
• Sealing time of 0.2 to 2.5 s and recycle time of 1 to 8 s are set separately, in automatic or manual mode.
• Net weight of 19 kg gives the wide bar a steady stance on the packing bench.

Applications

Dry pack of boards, larger assemblies and several reels per bag, closing ESD barrier bags in the 400 x 400 and 400 x 660 mm formats, packing finished goods in aluminium and poly-cello film in dispatch.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Suitable for bags with an opening up to 400 mm, which covers every smaller format from 100 mm upwards. The sealer is supplied as a bench unit without consumables.
