Automatic Constant Heat Sealer 200 mm with Holding Magnet - Iteco 7914163

Barrier bags made of poly-cello and aluminium film need a wide seam and a bar that stays hot. This machine heats at a constant temperature between 30 and 199 °C and produces a 15 mm wide embossed seam over a length of up to 200 mm.

Features

• Constant heating instead of impulse operation, so material thicknesses up to 2 x 0.25 mm are sealed right through.
• Seal length of 200 mm matches barrier bags with openings of 100, 150 and 200 mm.
• Holding magnet closes the bars at even contact pressure and releases automatically once the sealing time has elapsed.
• Sealing time of 0.2 to 2.5 s and recycle time of 1 to 8 s are set separately, in automatic or manual mode.
• Bars embossed on both sides give the seam a deep texture that is inspected as a sealing seam in dry pack work.
• Net weight of 15 kg keeps the bench unit in place while the bars close.

Applications

Dry pack of single reels, trays and assemblies to J-STD-033, closing metal-in ESD barrier bags in the 100 x 660, 150 x 660 and 200 x 250 mm formats, packing small parts in aluminium and poly-cello film at the workstation.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Suitable for bags with an opening up to 200 mm. The sealer is supplied as a bench unit. Desiccant bags, humidity indicator cards and barrier bags are not included and are ordered separately.
