Glass Insert Beaker 600 ml for Indirect Sonication - Bandelin Sonorex SD 06

The Sonorex SD 06 is a glass insert beaker with 600 ml working volume for indirect sonication in the SONOREX ultrasonic bath. It is suspended in a perforated lid or insert strip with ring GR 06 and lid DD 06 and holds chemically aggressive liquids or samples without anything resting on the tank floor. This protects both the bath and the tank.

Applications

The SD 06 is used for indirect sonication, for example removing dental cements with STAMMOPUR Z or cleaning and chemically disinfecting instruments with STAMMOPUR DR 8. To transfer the ultrasound to the beaker, the surface tension of the water must be reduced, so a cleaning solution such as TICKOPUR R 33 at 3 percent serves as the coupling liquid.

The SD 06 fits the perforated lids DE 52, DE 100, DE 255, DE 6, DE 156, DE 510, DE 514 and ES 4.
