The Sonorex K 28 insert basket in stainless steel holds the items inside the ultrasonic bath and keeps them in the optimal cavitation zone, about 1 to 2 cm above the tank floor. This prevents abrasion between the items and the oscillating tank and exposes the parts evenly to the ultrasound.
