The TM 50 uses an ultrasound-resistant temperature probe to measure the sample temperature from 0 to 120 °C. When the probe is connected to the ultrasonic generator, the temperature module is activated and a limit for switching off the ultrasonic energy input can be set. This prevents unwanted overheating of the sonicated sample.
