The ELT Transverse Conveyor EQ 2/T LS transfers workpiece pallets between two parallel conveyor sections at right angles to the direction of travel. The tandem design with a driven belt section covers transfer distances from 320 mm up to 6000 mm, with pneumatic lift positions for two or three levels. Compatible with ST 2/... and ST 2/...-H profiles; reversible operation supported.

The ELT Transverse Conveyor EQ 2/T LS is a pre-assembled module from Bosch Rexroth Assembly Technology that connects two parallel longitudinal conveyor sections and transfers workpiece pallets across the gap. The tandem design with an integrated belt section handles transfer distances from 320 mm to 6000 mm reliably.

  • Size 2 from ≥ 480 x 480 mm, with two lifting cylinders per lift transverse unit
  • Toothed belt conveyor medium - suitable for use in EPA (ESD-protected) environments
  • Pneumatic equipment for 2 (top, centre) or 3 (top, centre, bottom) lift positions
  • Fits ST 2/... sections (profile width 45 mm) and ST 2/...-H sections (profile width 50 mm)
  • Reversible operation possible; accumulation operation on lift transverse units is not permitted
  • Maximum workpiece pallet total weight: 30 kg; section load in accumulation operation: 60 kg
