Every spindle of the Tightening System 350 has its own servo amplifier that powers and controls the EC motor. The LTS350D does this job and receives its control parameters digitally from the SE control unit. The integrated E-stop functionality to performance level d simplifies the safety integration of the spindle into the station, without extra switching devices per spindle. The LC display shows tightening results and system information directly on the module, which shortens troubleshooting on the line.
