High tightening torques from 108 to 240 Nm can be verified at regular intervals with this TR4 element, for example once a day. The TASS element TR4 takes the place of the workpiece at the tightening position and brakes the nutrunner in a repeatable way. You validate the spindle as installed and get two torque values, the rotation angle and linearity from one run. Results are available immediately, so the line no longer runs blind on the actual tool performance.
