The Flow Rack Lean (3842998332) is a gravity-driven shelving system from the Bosch Rexroth Assembly Technology range, designed for ergonomic material presentation in supermarket stores or directly at the point of use. The system scales from single-level in-feed arrangements to complex installations with up to 8 supply levels, 7 return levels and 64 conveyor tracks.

• Maximum conveyor-medium flexibility: 32 mm diameter rollers with or without roller flange in various spacings, slide rails with or without border, and roller elements with or without border
• Colored rollers (black, red, yellow, green) provide immediate visual inventory status and good/reject-part identification without additional labeling
• ESD-conductive version available - suitable for electrostatic-sensitive assemblies in compliance with IEC 61340-5-1
• Delivered fully assembled or as a disassembled kit to match logistics and storage requirements
• Four cross-tie types (tubular, tubular with bracket, profile, double tubular) and two load ratings (400 kg, 2000 kg) cover light to heavy-duty applications
• Optional lateral guides; front and rear conveyor track projection freely selectable at 0 or 50-1000 mm
