PE 5/OC-T Positioning Unit for WT 5 Workpiece Pallets - Bosch Rexroth 3842998804

The PE 5/OC-T is a fully pre-assembled positioning unit for the Bosch Rexroth transfer assembly system. It raises WT 5 workpiece pallets 5 mm above the transport level in the transverse conveyor and positions them to ±0.3 mm accuracy in x and y - even under high process loads.

• High repeat accuracy: ±0.3 mm in x and y, suitable for automated machining and joining stations.
• High load capacity: vertical process force up to 4000 N with centre load, independent of the pallet weight.
• Pneumatic drive: compressed air supply 5 to 6 bar, push-in air connection 8 mm.
• Broad compatibility: fits all WT 5 workpiece pallets; mounts from below into ST 5/OC conveyor sections.
• Scope of delivery: fully assembled, including fastening material for ST 5/OC and stop kit for VE 5/OCD300 and VE 5/OCD-1000.
