The HP 2/L lift positioning unit positions workpiece pallets accurately at conveyor level using exchangeable positioning pins in the HP 2/L and positioning bushings in the WT 2 workpiece pallet. The Ø 40 mm lifting cylinder includes damping for both the upper and lower end positions and can be exchanged without disassembling the lift plate.

• Five stroke ranges h0 from 0 to 240 mm, infinitely adjustable within each range
• Adjustment time at H = 50 mm (without load): upward stroke 0.5 s, downward stroke 0.5 s
• For track width b = 240 mm: lifting cylinder available centrally (HA = 0) or offset (HA = 1)
• Space-saving layout possible by stopping the workpiece pallet at the inner side
• ESD-compatible; supplied fully assembled including fastening material and throttle non-return valve
• Max. workpiece pallet total weight: 40 kg; permissible vertical process force: 400 N
