The HP 2/L lift positioning unit raises and precisely positions workpiece pallets on conveyor lines. A Ø 40 mm lifting cylinder with end-position damping delivers a repeat accuracy of 0.05 mm across five infinitely adjustable stroke ranges up to 240 mm. The HP 2/L lift positioning unit positions workpiece pallets accurately at conveyor level using exchangeable positioning pins in the HP 2/L and positioning bushings in the WT 2 workpiece pallet. The Ø 40 mm lifting cylinder includes damping for both the upper and lower end positions and can be exchanged without disassembling the lift plate.
