Belt Section BS 2 with Toothed Belt Drive, ESD-Suitable, up to 6000 mm - Bosch Rexroth 3842999716

The BS 2 belt section is a fully assembled, ready-to-operate conveyor section with its own toothed belt drive for workpiece pallet transport in assembly lines. It handles longitudinal conveying and - combined with two HQ 2 lift transverse units - transverse conveying between parallel conveyor sections. The toothed belt is qualified for use in ESD-protected areas (EPA).

• Accumulation operation possible: section load up to 60 kg (central motor mount MA = M with b = 160 mm: max. 30 kg)
• Reversible operation possible
• Motor mounting left, right or central
• Motor connection via cable/plug or terminal box
• Drive side attaches to the input of KE 2/O; when mounted at a curve output, acts as cam drive
• Suitable for mounting between KE 2 and linear section LS 2
• Compatible with WT 2, WT 2/E, WT 2/LS and WT 2/F (wear pad PA)
• Individual width variants available; special versions on request
