Superform/A cutting and bending machine for taped axial components with reinforced bending wheels - Iteco 7915100D

Heavy leads load the bending wheels far more than thin ones. Version D of the Superform/A therefore carries reinforced bending wheels and handles leads from 0.6 to 1.4 mm, the largest diameter of the whole series. Output remains up to 40,000 pieces per hour.

Applications

Preparing taped power resistors, rectifier diodes, fusible resistors and chokes with heavy leads. The right choice wherever components with 1.4 mm leads appear regularly and the standard version stops at 1.3 mm.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Iteco offers the BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), the CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180) and the motor unit in 230 V (7915.030) and 115 V (7915.031) with its foot switch (600.023) as accessories. The motor unit is supplied mounted on the machine only and provides stepless speed adjustment with automatic torque control. The machine itself is delivered as a hand operated unit with crank, accessories are not included. Made in Italy.
