Supercut/LN100 lead cutting machine for loose radial components 68 x 54 mm - Iteco 7915042

Bringing loose radial components, connectors or pin headers to one common lead length calls for a clean cut without burrs. The Supercut/LN100 uses the guillotine cutting system of the Supercut/LN range, in which the upper and lower plates run against each other with zero clearance. At 68 x 54 mm this model offers the larger cutting area of the range and takes correspondingly more components per stroke.

Applications

The machine trims the leads of capacitors, LEDs, resistors and connectors before soldering, including batches laid on the plate together. It suits small series, rework and prototype work where components arrive loose rather than taped and a uniform lead length is still required.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The cutting machine is supplied with its standard cutting plate. The additional plates of the 360114 range are ordered separately and set the remaining lead length. The smaller sister model Supercut/LN5 with 53 x 43 mm carries the number Iteco 7915041 and the long version Supercut/LN5L the number Iteco 7915041L. Additional plates of the LN5 range do not fit the LN100.
