Superform/A cutting and bending machine with reinforced bending wheels and Delrin drive discs - Iteco 7915100DD

Version DD of the Superform/A combines two options: the reinforced bending wheels for leads up to 1.4 mm and the internally toothed drive discs in Delrin. Ranges and output match version 7915.100D at up to 40,000 pieces per hour.

Features

• Reinforced bending wheels - leads from 0.6 to 1.4 mm, the widest diameter range of the series.
• Drive discs in Delrin - internally toothed plastic discs instead of the standard ones, Delrin being a tough acetal plastic (POM).
• Pitch 10.2 to 60 mm - without quick setting, in exchange the full range up to 60 mm stays available.
• Body length from 5 mm, dimension C from 2.4 mm - the figures of the reinforced tooling.
• Up to 40,000 pieces per hour - hand crank as standard, motor unit as an accessory.

Applications

Production lines that work components with heavy leads and at the same time require the plastic version of the drive discs. Typical parts are taped power resistors, rectifier diodes and chokes.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Iteco offers the BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), the CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180) and the motor unit in 230 V (7915.030) and 115 V (7915.031) with its foot switch (600.023) as accessories. The motor unit is supplied mounted on the machine only and provides stepless speed adjustment with automatic torque control. The machine itself is delivered as a hand operated unit with crank, accessories are not included. Made in Italy.
