Cutting and bending machine Superform/V vertical mounting lead 0.8-1.3 mm pitch 3.8 mm - Iteco 7915091A

Heavy leads only bend cleanly with correspondingly dimensioned cutting and forming wheels. The Superform/V 7915.091A covers the lead range from 0.8 to 1.3 mm and works with a fixed pitch of 3.8 mm. The component body may be up to 5 mm thick.

Technical data

Applications

Power diodes, smaller wirewound resistors and other axial parts with heavy leads that have to stand in a tight hole pattern. The loop height of 4 to 9 mm leaves room to decide how far the returned lead rises above the body.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine is driven by its hand crank. For the Superform/A-AP-S-V-R-RCP range Iteco offers the motor unit 7915.030 in 230 V and 7915.031 in 115 V, both with speed control. According to the catalogue the motor unit is supplied only with the machine assembled and is switched by the foot pedal 600.023. The BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185) is fitted to the side and eases unwinding of the reel. The TNS waste tape expeller 7915.080A is intended for the Superform/A-AP-V-S-R range. Supplied as one machine with the pitch set fixed. Made in Italy.
