Superform/A cutting and bending machine for taped axial components with reduced bending length - Iteco 7915100F

Tight board grids and thin leads call for small bending dimensions. Version F of the Superform/A is built for that: dimension C starts at 0.8 mm, the pitch at 5 mm and the lead may be 0.4 to 0.8 mm thick. Output stays at up to 40,000 pieces per hour.

Applications

Assembly preparation for compact boards with a tight hole grid, for instance small signal diodes, metal film resistors and small chokes. Where leads thicker than 0.8 mm occur, the standard version 7915.100A or the reinforced 7915.100D is used instead.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Iteco offers the BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), the CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180) and the motor unit in 230 V (7915.030) and 115 V (7915.031) with its foot switch (600.023) as accessories. The motor unit is supplied mounted on the machine only and provides stepless speed adjustment with automatic torque control. The machine itself is delivered as a hand operated unit with crank, accessories are not included. Made in Italy.
