Cutting and bending machine with lead curl Superform/AP Z 3.9 mm for wire 1-1.3 mm - Iteco 7915102C

The Superform/AP 7915.102C is built like the standard model 7915.102A but forms the curl with the larger forming dimension Z of 3.9 mm. The component therefore stands further off the board, which helps heat dissipation and cleaning of the assembly.

• Forming dimension Z 3.9 mm against 3.1 mm on model 7915.102A, giving a larger gap between part and board.
• Lead diameter 1 to 1.3 mm, pitch P freely adjustable from 6.5 to 60 mm.
• Dimension C from 1.2 to 10 mm, so short component bodies are handled cleanly as well.
• The curl on both leads secures the component in its hole until soldering.
• Production rate up to 20,000 pcs per hour, conversion to cutting-only wheels for a U shape is optional.

Applications

Assemblies in which resistors must stand off the board, units with conformal coating or a cleaning step underneath the component, and production with higher power dissipation on axial parts.

Accessories and scope of supply

The machine is supplied as a hand-operated unit. Accessories from the Iteco range: BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180), motor unit 230 V (7915.030) or 115 V (7915.031) for Superform/A-AP-S-V-R and foot switch 600.023. Two cutting-only wheels are available as an option. Fitted in place of the cutting and forming wheels they produce a plain U shape without curls.

Superform is a machine range built by Iteco Trading, Italy. The machine works purely mechanically and in its hand-operated version needs neither a power nor a compressed air connection.
