The largest body in the group with thin leads needs the widest hole pattern. The Superform/V 7915.101E works with a fixed pitch of 7.62 mm, the 0.3 inch grid, and forms taped axial components with leads from 0.5 to 0.8 mm and body diameters up to 10 mm.

Applications

Large axial film capacitors, bulky chokes and similar parts that carry only thin leads despite a substantial body. The loop height of 4 to 7 mm keeps the returned lead safely above the body.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine is driven by its hand crank. For the Superform/A-AP-S-V-R-RCP range Iteco offers the motor unit 7915.030 in 230 V and 7915.031 in 115 V, both with speed control. According to the catalogue the motor unit is supplied only with the machine assembled and is switched by the foot pedal 600.023. The BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185) is fitted to the side and eases unwinding of the reel. The TNS waste tape expeller 7915.080A is intended for the Superform/A-AP-V-S-R range. Supplied as one machine with the pitch set fixed. Made in Italy.
