CS30 feeder for loose axial components for Superform/V - Iteco 7915182

Not every axial component arrives on tape, leftover quantities and bulk stock sit loose in the store. The CS30 feeder extends the Superform/V for exactly that case: it presents loose axial components to the machine in order, which then cuts and bends them for upright mounting at its usual rate of up to 40,000 pieces per hour.

Operating features

Production where axial components are delivered untaped, reworking of stock remainders, and prototype or repair work where only single parts without tape are on hand.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The feeder is intended for the Superform/V, which Iteco offers as 7915.101B to 7915.101E for lead diameters of 0.5 to 0.8 mm and as 7915.091A to 7915.091C for 0.8 to 1.3 mm. Further accessories of the same machine are the BR6 reel holder (7915.185) for taped material and the MOT98 motor unit in the 230 V version 7915.030 or the 115 V version 7915.031. The CS30 cannot be used on the hand operated machines of the LC range. Supplied as one feeder. Made in Italy.
