Cutting and bending machine Superform/V vertical mounting lead 0.5-0.8 mm pitch 3.8 mm - Iteco 7915101C

Between the 0.1 inch grid and the wide pitches lies the range where the component body needs a little more room while the hole pattern should stay tight. The Superform/V 7915.101C covers it with a fixed pitch of 3.8 mm for lead diameters from 0.5 to 0.8 mm and accepts body diameters up to 5 mm.

Operating features

• Pitch 3.8 mm - more body clearance than the 2.54 mm model, body diameter up to 5 mm allowed.
• Lead diameter 0.5-0.8 mm - the cutting and forming wheels are dimensioned for exactly this range.
• Loop height A 2.5-5 mm - the returned lead passes over the component body at this height.
• Body diameter up to 5 mm - thicker parts call for a version with a wider pitch.
• Up to 40,000 pieces per hour - the tape runs through the machine without repositioning.
• Body length adjustable from 3 to 15 mm - the machine adapts to the package while the pitch stays fixed.

Applications

Medium sized resistors, low power diodes and axial parts up to 5 mm body diameter supplied with thin leads. Typical for runs where 2.54 mm becomes too tight without the 0.2 inch grid being necessary yet.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine is driven by its hand crank. For the Superform/A-AP-S-V-R-RCP range Iteco offers the motor unit 7915.030 in 230 V and 7915.031 in 115 V, both with speed control. According to the catalogue the motor unit is supplied only with the machine assembled and is switched by the foot pedal 600.023. The BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185) is fitted to the side and eases unwinding of the reel. The TNS waste tape expeller 7915.080A is intended for the Superform/A-AP-V-S-R range. Supplied as one machine with the pitch set fixed. Made in Italy.
