Cutting and bending machine Superform/V vertical mounting lead 0.5-0.8 mm pitch 5.08 mm - Iteco 7915101D

Thin leads combined with a substantial component body call for a wider pitch so that the bent lead clears the body. The Superform/V 7915.101D uses a fixed pitch of 5.08 mm, the 0.2 inch grid, handles leads from 0.5 to 0.8 mm and accepts body diameters up to 8 mm.

Applications

Axial electrolytic capacitors, chokes and resistors with a substantial body but thin leads. Many boards provide the 0.2 inch grid for such parts and the machine delivers it as a fixed setting.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine is driven by its hand crank. For the Superform/A-AP-S-V-R-RCP range Iteco offers the motor unit 7915.030 in 230 V and 7915.031 in 115 V, both with speed control. According to the catalogue the motor unit is supplied only with the machine assembled and is switched by the foot pedal 600.023. The BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185) is fitted to the side and eases unwinding of the reel. The TNS waste tape expeller 7915.080A is intended for the Superform/A-AP-V-S-R range. Supplied as one machine with the pitch set fixed. Made in Italy.
