This version covers the largest component class of the series: leads up to 1.3 mm, body diameters up to 10 mm and a fixed pitch of 7.62 mm. Even a heavy axial part then stands on the board exactly to dimension.

Applications

Large wirewound resistors, high current diodes and solid axial parts placed on the 0.3 inch grid. The loop height of 6 to 9 mm matches the large body diameter.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine is driven by its hand crank. For the Superform/A-AP-S-V-R-RCP range Iteco offers the motor unit 7915.030 in 230 V and 7915.031 in 115 V, both with speed control. According to the catalogue the motor unit is supplied only with the machine assembled and is switched by the foot pedal 600.023. The BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185) is fitted to the side and eases unwinding of the reel. The TNS waste tape expeller 7915.080A is intended for the Superform/A-AP-V-S-R range. Supplied as one machine with the pitch set fixed. Made in Italy.
