Cutting and bending machine Superform/A reduced bend length fixed pitch 10.16 mm - Iteco 7915100I

The Superform/A 7915.100I works with a reduced bend length and a permanently set pitch of 10.16 mm. It is the widest of the three fixed pitch versions and covers component bodies that no longer fit cleanly on a 5.08 mm or 7.62 mm grid.

• Reduced bend length with a C dimension from 0.5 mm according to the price list, so the body sits flat and centred on the board.

Technical data

The Iteco catalogue 2026 tabulates the dimensions of the reduced bend length version only under 7915.100G. According to the price list, 7915.100I differs from it solely in the fixed 10.16 mm pitch.

Applications

Preforming of longer axial parts such as power resistors or larger diodes for a 10.16 mm hole pattern, small series with a fixed layout, and production cells where several Superform machines each run one fixed pitch side by side.

Accessories and scope of supply

The machine is supplied as a hand-operated unit without motor drive. Iteco offers the BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185) for unwinding the component tape, the CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180) and the motor unit with manual speed adjustment and automatic torque control in 230 V (7915.030) and 115 V (7915.031). The 600.023 foot switch belongs to these motor units.
