Cutting and bending machine with lead curl Superform/AP quick setting Z 3.1 mm - Iteco 7915102AR

The Superform/AP 7915.102AR is the quick setting version. It cuts, bends and curls taped axial components with forming dimension Z 3.1 mm and leads from 1 to 1.3 mm, but changes over to a different pitch far faster than the base model 7915.102A.

• Quick setting allows a new pitch to be set without adjusting each tracking wheel separately, which pays off with frequent component changes.
• Same forming result as 7915.102A, curl on both leads, forming dimension Z 3.1 mm.
• Lead diameter 1 to 1.3 mm for axial resistors and diodes.
• Production rate up to 20,000 pcs per hour, purely mechanical hand crank drive.
• Motor unit 230 V or 115 V can be added where the machine runs continuously.

Applications

Production with many small lots and changing hole patterns, prototype and pre-series work, contract manufacturing with frequent product changes, and workstations where set-up time determines throughput.

Accessories and scope of supply

The machine is supplied as a hand-operated unit. Accessories from the Iteco range: BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180), motor unit 230 V (7915.030) or 115 V (7915.031) for Superform/A-AP-S-V-R and foot switch 600.023. Two cutting-only wheels are available as an option. Fitted in place of the cutting and forming wheels they produce a plain U shape without curls.
