Lead cutting and bending machine Superform/V-LC 7.62 mm pitch 0.5-0.8 mm lead - Iteco 7915201E

Large component bodies can only be set upright if the two holes are far enough apart. The Superform/V-LC 7915.201E forms the leads to a fixed pitch of 7.62 mm, the widest step of the range, and takes component dimensions up to 10 mm.

Operating features

• Fixed 7.62 mm pitch - the 0.3 inch step and the widest spacing in the Superform/V-LC programme.
• Component dimension up to 10 mm - enough clearance for thick axial electrolytic capacitors and large chokes.
• Bending dimension A from 4 to 7 mm - the adjustment range starts higher than on the closer pitches.
• Lead diameter 0.5 to 0.8 mm - for thin leads, version 7915.209C covers the same pitch with 0.8 to 1.3 mm.
• Hand crank operation - an economical answer for small quantities without motorisation.

Applications

Upright mounting of axial electrolytic capacitors, chokes and power parts with bodies up to 10 mm, where the layout is drilled on the 0.3 inch grid.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine processes taped axial components. The BR6 tape reel holder (Iteco 7915.185) can be fitted and is not part of the delivery. The LC range is deliberately simple and cannot be motorised. For motor driven work or for feeding loose components, the larger Superform/V is the next step, which Iteco lists in the same configuration under part number 7915.101E. Supplied as one machine without further accessories. Made in Italy.
