Lead cutting and bending machine Superform/V-LC 3.8 mm pitch 0.8-1.3 mm lead - Iteco 7915209A

Power components have far stiffer leads than small resistors. The Superform/V-LC 7915.209A is designed for lead diameters of 0.8 to 1.3 mm and forms the leads of taped axial components to a fixed pitch of 3.8 mm for upright mounting.

Operating features

• Lead diameter 0.8 to 1.3 mm - the version for stiff leads, where the 201 series stops at 0.8 mm.
• Fixed 3.8 mm pitch - close spacing despite the heavy lead, for compact hole patterns.
• Bending dimension A from 4 to 9 mm - the widest adjustment range among the 3.8 mm versions.
• Component dimension up to 5 mm - suited to diodes and resistors of medium body size.
• Hand operation without motorisation - the LC range is crank driven, with no air and no mains connection.

Applications

Small batches with upright rectifier diodes, wirewound resistors and similar parts whose leads are too thick for the 201 versions.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine processes taped axial components. The BR6 tape reel holder (Iteco 7915.185) can be fitted and is not part of the delivery. The LC range is deliberately simple and cannot be motorised. For motor driven work or for feeding loose components, the larger Superform/V is the next step, which Iteco lists in the same configuration under part number 7915.091A. Supplied as one machine without further accessories. Made in Italy.
