Not every measurement can be made with a 2.27 kg electrode on a flat surface. The Desco 19295 handheld electrode is held in the hand for measurements on people, garments and other test objects, for example the person/footwear/flooring system resistance. It is matched to the 19290 Digital Surface Resistance Meter and covers several test standards.
