Dissipative PE Cushioning Foam, Closed-Cell, Sheets 950 or 1900 x 1000 mm, 6 to 30 mm - Desco

On worksurfaces, shelves and carts, assemblies should rest on a soft surface without building up charge. This closed-cell cross-linked PE foam is compounded for permanent dissipative properties and reaches a point-to-point resistance of 1 x 10⁴ to below 1 x 10¹¹ ohms. Placed on a grounded ESD worksurface, it is grounded through that surface. Sheets come in 950 x 1000 and 1900 x 1000 mm, with thickness from 6 to 30 mm chosen for the cushioning needed.

Meets the EN 61340-5-1 worksurface limit and the surface resistance range of packaging table 4, tested per IEC 61340-2-3 and ANSI/ESD STM11.11. Mechanical values per BS EN ISO 7214 and BS EN ISO 868.
