Jewel ESD Coiled Cord, Sapphire, 1.8 m, 4 mm Snap to Banana Plug, 1 Megohm - Desco 60260

The coiled cord links the wristband to the ground point and flexes with every arm movement. The Jewel coiled cord is built for this: its moulded strain relief exceeds 50,000,000 cycles in the ANSI/ESD S1.1 bending life test, where 16,000 are required. A 1 megohm resistor at the wrist end protects the operator from accidental contact with line voltage.

Designed to meet the coiled cord requirements of IEC 61340-5-1 (EN 61340-5-1) and tested per its clause A.1. The 1 megohm resistor fulfils clause 5.1.1 of EN 61340-5-2.
