With dual-wire wrist straps, the reliability of continuous monitoring depends on the coiled cord. The Desco 19906 MagSnap 360 coiled cord connects magnetically to the wristband, rotates freely through 360° and releases under load instead of breaking. Both conductors carry a 1 megohm safety resistor (±5 %), and the dual-wire design provides a redundant path-to-ground.
