Ersadur Lötspitze i-Tool MK2 & Trace, meißelförmig 2,0 mm - Ersa 0142CDLF20

Anyone who has moved to the i-Tool MK2 or a TRACE iron cannot carry over the old 102 series tips, because the 142 series shaft measures 7.70 mm outside instead of 5.2 mm. The 0142CDLF20 is the chisel tip of 2.0 mm width from that series, ERSADUR-LF coated and rated to 450 °C.

Features

• Chisel width of 2.0 mm, the all round geometry for through hole parts and larger SMD terminations at an MK2 workstation.
• Tip'n'Turn bayonet lock, so tips change without tools and, per the manufacturer, with 20 to 25 percent better power transfer than a screw fitting.
• ERSADUR-LF long-life tip, made for lead free and leaded solder in continuous duty.
• Permissible tip temperature up to 450 °C, which also covers joints with high heat drain.
• Shaft of 7.70 mm outside and 5.30 mm inside diameter, the larger cross section of the 142 series improves heat flow to the tip.
• RoHS compliant and part of a series that runs from a 0.1 mm pencil point to a 20 mm desoldering tip.

Compatibility

For the i-Tool MK2 and i-Tool TRACE irons and the i-CON TRACE stations only. Tips from the 102 series used on older i-CON irons do not fit, and conversely this tip does not seat in the i-Tool 0100CDJ.

Application

Hand soldering in production, repair and prototyping at MK2 and TRACE workstations. Worth keeping two in stock as a wear part so the workplace does not stop during a tip change.
