i-CON VARIO 2 MK2 ESD 2-Channel Soldering and Hot-Air Station, 200 W - Ersa 0ICV2005AC

The Ersa i-CON VARIO 2 MK2 is an ESD-safe multi-channel soldering and desoldering station rated at 200 W that gives the professional user two soldering tools usable at the same time. Alongside the ergonomic i-Tool AIR S hot-air iron (200 W) you can run a 150 W i-Tool for classic soldering or the Chip Tool Vario desoldering tweezers (2x40 W). Other Ersa soldering tools can be used as alternatives.

The compact supply unit offers the simple, clear operation typical of the i-CON family. Interfaces for Ersa fume extraction units and preheating plates are included, as is easy and secure station configuration via a microSD memory card.

i-Tool AIR S: The slim, light handpiece carries a 200 W heating cartridge for fatigue-free work on a wide range of SMD components. The hot-air flow (2 to 20 l/min) is set directly on the handpiece and shown on the display; various nozzles allow optimal component heating. A motion sensor switches the hot air off automatically during work breaks, and a light sensor turns the tool on and off.

Chip Tool Vario: These desoldering tweezers combine 2x40 W output with a very compact design, ideal for the finest soldering work on the smallest SMD parts. The plug-in heating-element pairs can be aligned precisely to each other and changed quickly. A switching element changes between self-closing and self-opening operation, and a motion sensor activates the tool from standby.
