Sitting at the bench all day means you do not want the extractor running non stop, yet the air has to stay clean. This set covers both: 110 m³/h per port at 1800 Pa of vacuum, plus a standby switch that idles the unit as soon as the tool returns to its holder.

What the set delivers

• Rectangular 155 x 90 mm nozzle, it covers a full board edge instead of a single joint.
• Standby switch included, the unit runs on demand only and the 1500 h filter life is not spent on idling.
• Three filter stages with F7 pre-filter, H13 combination filter at 99.95 percent below 1 µm and activated carbon against rosin and flux vapours.
• Omniflex arm, every segment holds its position so the nozzle stays on the component.
• 50 dB(A) in operation, 2.2 m² of filter area and stepless power control.

Application and scope of delivery

For hand soldering benches in production, service and development where board sizes change. Delivery covers the EASY ARM 1 filter unit, Omniflex extraction arm, rectangular 155 x 90 mm nozzle, standby switch, pre-filter, combination filter and mains cable. The interface fits i-CON 1 C, i-CON 2 C, i-CON VARIO 2, i-CON VARIO 4 and Ersa rework systems.
