In hand soldering the fume rises straight into the operator breathing zone. The EASY ARM 1 set 1 answers with 110 m³/h per port and 1800 Pa of vacuum, delivered through an Omniflex arm that holds any position you set and keeps the view of the assembly clear.

What the set delivers

• Three filter stages: F7 pre-filter with 80 to 90 percent separation for 1 to 10 µm, H13 combination filter with 99.95 percent below 1 µm, activated carbon for the gas phase.
• 2.2 m² of filter area in the combination filter, giving 1500 operating hours in single shift hand soldering.
• 50 dB(A) noise level, quiet enough for a laboratory or a repair cell.
• Stepless suction control, so the nozzle can be matched to sensitive components.
• Filter runtime is monitored, a red LED signals the change after 1500 h.
• 40 W input, wide range supply of 100-240 V AC and 7.5 kg weight for flexible siting.

Application and scope of delivery

Built for hand soldering benches, rework and laboratory work at a single station. Delivery covers the EASY ARM 1 filter unit, Omniflex extraction arm, round extraction nozzle, pre-filter, combination filter and mains cable. The interface connects i-CON 1 C, i-CON 2 C, i-CON VARIO 2 and i-CON VARIO 4 as well as Ersa rework systems, so extraction follows the tool. Wear parts such as pre-filter 0CA10-1002 and combination filter 0CA10-1001 are available separately.
