A filter unit on its own extracts nothing, the arm above the joint is missing. The QU6101A2-S1 set supplies both, the 6101A2 with up to 100 m³/h and an ESD flex arm reaching 1.5 m, whose 125 mm nozzle covers a wide area over the assembly.

Operating benefits

• Airflow adjustable up to 100 m³/h at 3000 Pa static pressure, leaving headroom as the filters load.
• Four barriers in series, spark arrest grid, electrostatic pre-filter, medium filter and activated carbon main filter, together rated 99.95 percent at 0.3 µm.
• Five pre-filters included, so the first and fastest loading stage is stocked for several changes.
• Recirculating operation without ducting, the set stands at the bench instead of at an outside wall.
• Digital display and magnetic USB remote, filter state and airflow are readable from the seat.

For hand soldering benches in electronics manufacturing, laboratories, rework and service where fume has to be caught over a wide area above the assembly. Scope of delivery, 6101A2 filter unit, ESD flex arm 75 mm with 1.5 m length, ESD extraction nozzle 125 mm, five electrostatic pre-filters, one medium filter, one activated carbon main filter, spark arrest grid and the magnetic USB remote. The filter unit links to Quick soldering stations such as TS8, TS1100 or TS2200 and follows the station into standby.
