Boards and solder strips are rectangular and the fume source travels along an edge. The Ersa extraction nozzle 0CA10-5003 is a rectangular plastic capture hood of 155 mm x 90 mm that matches this geometry and spreads the airflow over the whole working width.

Applications
Hand soldering and rework benches with elongated assemblies, board strips, cable assembly and connector soldering. Also useful for dispensing and bonding tasks where vapours are released along a line.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Fits the Ersa filter units EASY ARM 1 (0CA10-001) and EASY ARM 2 (0CA10-002). The extraction nozzle is supplied without extraction arm and without filter unit.
The antistatic version supports operation at ESD workstations according to IEC 61340-5-1.
