At a hand soldering bench the fume is produced within a few square centimetres. The Ersa extraction nozzle 0CA10-5005 is a round plastic hood of 60 mm diameter for the EASY ARM 1 and EASY ARM 2 filter units that covers exactly this point instead of spreading the airflow over unnecessary area.

Applications
Single workstations for hand soldering, rework and assembly repair where solder fume and flux vapours are captured directly at the source. Also suitable for small format dispensing and bonding tasks.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
For the Ersa filter units EASY ARM 1 (EA1) and EASY ARM 2 (EA2). When used with the Omniflex extraction arm the Omniflex nozzle coupling 0CA10-9006 is additionally required. The extraction nozzle is supplied on its own.
The antistatic version supports operation at ESD workstations according to IEC 61340-5-1.
