Reflektorblech für Independent 75, gerade, vernickelt - Ersa 0G072RE

A single piece of heat shrink tubing in a control cabinet or on a vehicle normally means setting up a mains powered hot air tool. With the 0G072RE reflector plate the gas fired Independent 75 does the job instead, running about 90 minutes on one filling of standard butane without any socket. The plate sits on the 0G072HE hot gas nozzle and wraps the hot gas flow around the tubing so it shrinks evenly rather than on one side.

What the plate does

• Straight version of the G072 tip series, so it mounts on the iron shaft without modification.
• Nickel plated surface, heat resistant in the gas flow and easy to keep clean.
• Released for both Independent 75 gas soldering sets, versions 0G07400141 and 0G07400041.
• RoHS compliant, suitable for manufacturers working with documented material approval.

Requirement and use

The reflector plate only works together with the 0G072HE hot gas nozzle, which is ordered separately. Typical work is shrinking tubing on wiring looms, repair joints and connectors in field service, maintenance and vehicle building, wherever no mains socket is available.
