Thermoelementverlängerung 500mm - Ersa 0IR5500-51

A temperature profile is only as good as the measuring point. If the component sits at the edge of the board or the assembly has to be moved during profiling, the standard AccuTC lead runs short. This extension adds 500 mm of reach and keeps the thermocouple free of tension while doing so.

What the extension does

• 500 mm of extra lead, so the sensor reaches measuring points away from the socket without re-clamping the assembly.
• Designed for the Ersa AccuTC sensor, which keeps the measuring chain original with no adapters involved.
• Released for the Ersa rework systems and part of the spare parts programme rather than an improvised build.
• At 0.03 kg and a 100 x 20 mm pack size it is an inexpensive item to keep at every rework bench.
• Strain relief at the measuring point, so the thermocouple lifts off less often and the profile curve stays plausible.

Application and scope of delivery

The extension is used wherever the profile is taken at the component itself rather than at the system probe, for example during BGA repairs on large assemblies. Supplied as a single item, sensor and rework system are not included.
