The Ersa TIP-Reactivator 0TR01 is a lead-free soldering tip reactivator consisting of a mixture of solder activators, resins, lead-free solder powder and binders. It gently removes even heavy oxide layers with minimal smoke and restores the wettability of oxidised soldering tips.

Application
Set the oxidised soldering tip to a temperature of 250 °C so the cleaning process can run optimally. For best results, lightly wipe the hot tip across the surface of the Ersa TIP-Reactivator. After cleaning and tinning, remove any loosely adhering residues with a hand-moist sponge or metal wool.
