Large multilayer boards and assemblies with high thermal mass warp or cool too quickly during rework when heat comes only from above. The PT4-8000-21 preheats the assembly evenly from below, reducing the temperature gap to the joint. Four zones switch on individually, so only the occupied area is heated.
