BGA Hot Air Nozzle 31.3 x 31.3 mm, for ST 300/325/350 - PACE 4028-5020

The PACE 4028-5020 at 31.3 x 31.3 mm is meant for large-area BGAs where the centre and edge must reflow in the same cycle. The nozzle rim keeps the airflow on the part.

Benefits

• Quick-Fit nozzle: the ST nozzle adapter accepts it without tools, so a change takes seconds.
