BGA Hot Air Nozzle 10 x 13 mm for ST 300/325/350 - PACE 4028-5038

A rectangular BGA package of roughly 10 x 13 mm reflows evenly when the nozzle matches its outline, instead of blowing hot air across a large area of the board. The PACE 4028-5038 is one of the standard BGA nozzles for the ST rework systems and is sized for exactly this format.
