Bosch Rexroth ball bushing guides (Eline system) enable precise linear guidance on cylindrical precision shafts. The system consists of ball bushings, linear sets (ball bushing with housing), precision steel shafts with and without shaft supports, and associated accessories. The modular Eline concept allows combination of shaft, bushing, and housing from a single supplier range with matched fits and tolerances.

Typical applications: Simple linear motion axes in handling modules and small automation systems, print heads and scanning units in peripheral devices, traverse units in dispensing and filling machines, feed axes in laser cutting equipment with small to medium loads, and repair and replacement of ball bushings and shafts in existing machine systems.
