Festo pneumatics

Process automation

Festo process automation covers the VZBA series of pneumatically actuated ball valves for media shut-off and control in process engineering. VZBA ball valves are available in nominal sizes 1/4" to 2 1/2" (DN6 to DN65) with ISO 5211 flange interface (F03/04 to F07/10). Body materials include cast iron/cast iron (GG), cast iron/ductile iron (GGG) and stainless steel/stainless steel (WW). Actuation is via a pneumatic quarter-turn actuator controlled through Festo service units and valve islands.

Two bore configurations are available: T-port (22-T) for standard straight-through shut-off and L-port (32L/32T) for directional flow diversion. The material designation V4# refers to stainless steel 1.4408 for wetted parts.
