Lötrauchfiltersystem 6211 - Quick QU6211

With long hose runs or small nozzles, airflow collapses before it ever reaches the unit. The Quick 6211 answers that with 6000 Pa of static pressure while still moving 200 m³/h of system flow with the filters fitted, twice the air of the 100 m³/h class.

Application, setup and safety notes

Intended for electronics and soldering benches, rework and service, manual soldering stations and for laser soldering, marking and engraving positions. In use the station is set up, connected to the capture point through the extraction hose and plugged in, after which airflow is stepped to suit the process. According to the manual the unit must not be used to extract flammable or explosive gases, nor in areas with open flame, very high heat or heavy sparking. It has to stand upright in operation, and air inlet and outlet must stay clear. Matching replacement filters are listed as QU6211PF, QU6211MF, QU6211HEPA and QU6211ACF.
